- Member signup
You can now signup members based on different registration forms and the fields in each of the forms can be optional or mandatory. Each signup form can have a auto generated expiry date for the member, auto level and group assignment.
- Additional fields
Version 2.1 now has 10 additional fields that you can rename based on your requirement right from your administration page. So you don't need any customization to add additional fields.
- Approve before access
You can approve a member before the member can access the website after signing up for your website's membership.
- Activation from email
You can stop unwanted/invalid members from registering by forcing them to activate their membership by clicking on a link in their email.
- Basic Password Protection
It provides the basic password protection for any ASP page or ASP application. The protection is based on the sessions and can automatically timeout based on the time set by you.
- File Expiry
You can set an expiry date for a particular file, the file cannot be viewed after the expirydate.
- Member Expiry
Every member can have a expiry date after which the member cannot access the website. The members can also have unlimited access based on your discretion.
- Member activation/deactivation
You can activate or deactivate a member by just checking a checkbox from the admin section. You also have a choice of doing it during signup.
- Group Based Security
You can assign a member to many groups and also protect any file for multiple groups. The access to these files can be granted to the members of that groups only.
- Level based security
Every member can be assigned a accesslevel during signup and your website or files can be protected based on the member levels.
- IP security
You can restrict access to your website from a certain region or location or even single ip address. This will ensure that the members donot share their password with other people.
- Multiple login Security
You can restrict access to a single member using the same username and password. This will avoid any member from sharing the password and using it at the same time.
- Personal Messaging between members
All the members can send personal messages to each other. The messages are stored in the inbox and the sent box for the members, they can manage the messages. You have a choice of approving the messages before the receiver views it.
- Mailing list
Your membes or visitors can signup for a newsletter and also unsubscribe from the same form. You can send them newsletters from the admin section.
- Forgot Password
The members can retrieve their forgotten password to their email address by just entering their username.
- Forgot Username
The members can retrieve their forgotten username and password to their email address by just entering their email address.
- Blocked email addresses
You can block certain email addresses from registering with you.
- Duplicate email addresses
You can stop members from registring many times with the same email address.
- Edit profile
The members can edit their profile and change their password very easily at any time.
