Excellent product and support
I only wish I had purchased this product in the first place and not wasted $250 on the Xcent product. Unlike that, this works well, quickly and uncomplicatedly - only asking for information when necessary and allowing people to post their ads fast - with excellent billing options that allow me to charge for photographs (and other options) but not for anything else. It appears to be easy to set up thus far, although I have not quite finished. I estimate around 5 - 10 hours for a complete integration, which obviously depends on how complex your web site is. Slightly delayed by me as I am one of those that have to try and break everything first! All html and css codes are EASY to alter. And, I cannot understate the customer support, which is not just quick; replies within 5 minutes are normal! Do they ever sleep!

User Manager is a superb application
User Manager is a superb application that is well worth the small amount of money it costs. Without it, we wouldn’t be able to operate our site (www.cancernursing.org) offering online courses for nurses. Over and above the script though, is the support offered by Amit. I rarely have to wait more than 5 minutes for a response from Amit (I’m in the UK)!! I would wholeheartedly recommend ScriptMate to anyone looking for a user management script.

A feature rich and fully functional classifieds application right out of the 'box'. There is simply no other classifieds software you can buy that has the great feature set ScriptMate has included. Colors, messages and operation is very customizable using the included administration interface. From the perspective of your user, they see a very clean interface that is easy to navigate. As a professional ASP developer, I can say that this is a very tight and well written application. It is so well internally designed in just 3 days I was able to customize it to my specific needs, which were many. No other product would have been as simple or extensible. I've added a number of features myself which ScriptMate may look to include in future versions. Whether you want to customize the code or not, the support received was fantastic. Quick and thorough answers. A pleasure to use and a thankful customer. A solid product and it can only get better.

The support team for this product is fabulous. The scriptmate team will help you solve any problem and they are very good at it. No question that the source code for this product is very long and complicated. I think that is because it is designed to work for many different types of use. You can customize it to fit your needs. Despite its complication, you can depend on the tech support team. I will definitelly buy their other products in the future.

Excellent Support and Great Features
I ordered their product and thought it would take atleast 24 hrs before I could see the product, but it landed up in my mail account in 2 hrs flat. I was surprised. Their support team is awesome, I had a few questions which were answered very quickly. I got my site starting in less that half hour. The best part of this classified system is that it can be configured through a simple file. But I would definitely like them to add more templates. I suggest you should try this. Great guns guys. Excellent - all around
Works very well, Amit offered to help me with minor customization FOR FREE!! i had many questions as i am somewhat novice and he always got right back to me and answered any question that i had very quickly. it may cost more than some others but the customer service was well worth it great product and keep up the great work

This is an extremly powerful script masterfully developed by the terrific people at Scriptmate. Any problems I had concerning the script were quickly addressed and resolved by Scriptmate support. Really, don't look any further, there may be cheaper scripts out there...but it won't compare with what you get at Scriptmate. Trust me, I spent a great deal of time looking and testing scripts. This really is first rate support and scripting!
